Cash for laptops.com is, by far, the worse website I have ever used! They give you an initial quote for your iphone (mine was for a 4s and they said $150). Once it is received by them, they inspect it and give you another quote (mine came back at $79) which happens to be much lower than what they had quoted. Soon after that, you have 3 days to contact them. Upon doing so, they will not answer the phones or take any kind of an initiative through email.
I was on hold 3 times in those 3 days for 40 minutes each! Like I have time for all this! Finally, they conveniently called me back on the 4th day and said I was too late. All I wanted was my phone returned. DO NOT TRUST Cash for laptops.com!!!!!!
