This is a SCAM company. You get a quote. Send your device via a service that took a MONTH to get it from Houston to Nevada. They lowball you by cutting75% off the quote. It is complete bullsh%$.
I sent them a BRAND NEW HTC EVO LTE 4G, STILL in the box. Flawless. They quoted me $220. I print a label and 'ship' it. It takes 27 DAYS to reach them. Then this scam guy BRIAN calls, and I left out the $10 charger cord. So, it is only worth $100. WHAT? This a BRAND NEW $545 smartphone IN THE BOX.
Send it back. They refuse. I have filed complaints in Nevada with Consumer Protection as well as the BBB. I am NOT going to just let this go. This is fraud, pure and simple.
