I purchase 6 ATM machines... cashless. They were supposed to help with placing them. This never happened. As a matter of fact, trying to reach them the phone rang and rang. Finally I called several numbers on a report I had and found out the owners of this company took off WITH EVERYBODY'S MONEY!!! This is now supposedly under investigation. The number I have is:

Mike Quilling- Recievership
(214) 871-2100

I would advise anyone with further information to keep updating on this site so that people like this cannot continue to rip us off. To make matters worse, we paid over $3,000 for each ATM and they are worth only $250.00 from the manufacturer. Good luck!

If only it was that easy! Unfortunately, frauds don't stop just because you get a judgment against them.

They just take all the money they stole and start a new fraud.

Instead of cash-link, it'll be cash-express. Same crooked scheme. Same crooks running it. Just a brand new name.

They'll just set up in a new location right down the street. Open a new business account. And, boom, right back in business again. Scamming America with the ATM machine con.

You see, what the feds can never understand is that when you leave the frauds out walking around, they go right back to business as usual.

Just like weeds, you need to kill them to stop them. Locking them up isn't enough. They'd just figure a phone scam that could be run from inside a prison.

They need to be sealed up in concrete and dropped into the ocean. And, you have to use a lot of cement, because if they ever get loose, they'll start scamming the oysters down there out of their pearls.

I just wanted to call everyone's attention to the fact that Cash Link Systems, Inc of Miami was ordered by a judge in Iowa to pay a man about $360 million dollars in damages.

AMP Dollar Savings Inc, Cash Link Systems Inc, and TEI Marketing Group were sued under the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and the Iowa Ongoing Criminal Conduct Act. The judge entered default judgements of $720 million, Cash Link $360 million, and TEI Marketing $145,000.

This was done through an Iowa law that entitled plantiffs to seek damages of $10 per spam message, and RICO automatically doubled the damages. While the attorney admits it's unlikely the plantiff would ever see that amount, he hopes they can at least recover the plantiff's costs.

I don't know how much good this will do against these people, but perhaps this is the beginning of the end.
