My mother received a call from some man with a heavy accent stating that I am being sued. I already know that was wrong for him to even relay this information to anyone other than myself. So they leave a number it was 310-362-9386 the man name was Max Jackson. I call the number and was told that Max was unable to speak to me by some man named Jeff whose accent was so heavy that I could barely understand him. At first I thought it was my ex boyfriend playing on the phone. The scary thing is that they have my personal information. I was also told that the sheriff was going to come and get me from work. Stating that I took the loan out in 2008. Please So I fowarded the information over to my attorney general's office here in Michigan.

They told me to call the monetary crime division to get more information about the case. 213-286-0205

Fraud ring

You have been victimized by a fraud ring that has been operating out of the state of Florida.

CashNetUSA is a licensed loan company and is not the originator of the calls you have received. Because the perpetrators have been using CashNetUSA as one of their "names" we have run an investigation that has tracked down the scam. State of Florida and Federal authorities have been notified but will not take action until there are a large enough number of affected consumers to warrant action. CashNetUSA is collecting complaints and sending them to the proper authorities. Call our fraud hotline at 866-254-3581 for assistance.

If you want to take action, please contact your local state Attorney General's office as well as the Florida Attorney General. Reference "Florida fake payday collector scam" as part of your complaint.

The callers in all cases have thick Indian/Asian accents and use brutal, illegal methods to collect on debts that are not owed.
