Complaint Review: Cashnet Markeing

I just had to laugh after reading the other reports, they are almost identical to mine, pretty much verbatim!  They had the audacity to call me at work, threaten me with imprisonment for a $300. loan they CLAIMED I defaulted on three years ago!  It's pretty amazing what people think they can get away with, and it's pretty scary to think that some people must actually believe them and pay them money!  When I told him (Tony supposedly was the first guy I spoke with), Indian / Pakistani accent? I had no idea what he was talking about, he told me he was putting on the lawyer for my case - well the lawyer (Chris Barry, who sounded JUST LIKE Tony), got on the phone, read me the affidavit, and told me not to interrupt him until he was done, and claimed when they went to take the funds from my account 3 YEARS AGO, there was no money in the account.  I told him I never took out a loan with them and that he had to prove it to me.  I also told him to send me everything in writing because I could barely understand what he was even saying, he actually never said they would.  But if I refused to pay the loan they would be at my home on Monday morning to arrest me for fraud.  I told him to bring it, and I would countersue for everything I could, and hung up on the SOB....am thinking (hoping) I won't be hearing anything more from Mr Barry either!  He wasn't really very convincing even with his case #, fake lawyer and threats of imprisonment!  It just annoys the heck out of me that people can be sooo evil!!
