Complaint Review: Cashnet

I was trying to help our finances and I was under the understanding that I could ask for extentions at no cost, so I requested a extention and I felt that the money I was being charged for the month was $62.50 a month until it is paid off. wrong the $62.50 is to pay for the extention and nothing on the loan since I did not call (which I wasn't told I had to do this) and request a extention for the next month which I faxed them MY paydays they took the whole amount out $250.00 Plus the $62.50 for the paperwork and the $62.50 for the extention. A grand total of $375.00 for a $250.00 loan.
I called them and they said I should of read the contract did that nothing about all this mess. I feel that this a big rip off as to hurt the working people.
