Complaint Review: cashnet

I am writing about cashnet.com, people have to know this is a scam,, if u ever do file for payday loan, that application goes to hundreds of sights which is wrong, but these scammers have fake payday loans sights up and they recieve your application and all your info,  then from there they try to make u believe u did get a loan and threaten you with being arrested and its federal and all that garbage.  Number one even if u did have a loan u cannot be arrested for it, its civil and all they can do is file a judgement that even has to go thru a court of law and these people are not gonna go that far it would expose them.  They use scare tatics and some people dont realise this and send money and they keep callin for more,, its a scam and these people need to be stopped, the best thing to do is file a complain with your local police dept and print of any info these scammers give u to give to the police, its the only way to stop them,, I get these emails all the time and phone calls,, change your number to an unlisted number and change your bankin info so they do not have it.  They are criminals and need to go to prison..
