CashNet500, Globay Payday Loans, LLC Debited my account $710 that was authorized only for a different account. Ripoff Internet
I completed a loan in Oct 1006 with Cashnet500... The funds were deposited but not paid back to the lender. Instead of filing a civil suit or reporting the debt to the credit bureau, CashNet deducted $710 in 5 transactions from my other bank account unannounced to me. This has caused complete chaos in my account and in turn, my life.
I have to wait until the charges post from my bank (Compass) before I can dispute the items... Until then, I have to deal with seven NSF ($36) fees, with probably more to come.
I spoke to CashNet, specifically Tim Atkins (ext 855), who probably misrepresented himself as the "Manager of the Company" including VP and President. He was extremely rude and when I suggested he keep a professional tone, he says "That's the great thing about my job, I don't have to be!".

The loan was not paid in full. I accept full responsibilty for that, however, CashNet cannot debit a different account than what was authorized on the original loan documents. I have talked to my bank, a financial advisor, and personal references and all have stated the same.
My bank is being very cooperative in the meantime, though.

What do you mean you completed the loan?

Did you take the loan out and not pay them back? Did you pay them back?
That part is not clear. If you did not pay them back, when you took the loan, you clearly signed (or did so online) documents that authorized them to do what they did, debiting your account. You agreed to pay them back X dollars on X date. If you didn't, you are in default and they took action to protect themselves. Scummy, yes, but they are not required to 'work with you'.
If you DID pay the loan off, that's a whole different situation... let us know what's going on, more clearly this time.
Thanks
