Cashnet500 Ripoff Harrassing and rude Utah
In February if this year I was required to quit working due to health reasons. I called to make arrangements on my account and they told me I would have to WIRE them the payments throught Western Union. They don't have a physical address. I am not going to pay to wire money to a company that is unwilling to provide a physical address.
To begin with, the reason my checking account was closed was because like others, they hit the account so much for their payments that my account was seriously overdrawn for a few months. Now I owe the bank as well as Cashnet. When they called the house the other day, my husband explained that I was unable to work and that he was trying to make arrangements with everyone (he has POA) only to be told that they would not discuss the account with him...period. They called the next day (Unavailable on caller ID), so I didn't answer. THey left a rude an threatening message of the typical kind.
Problem is, I get calls from 3 or 4 different people a week, all saying the same thing. I will not talk to them because they don't want to hear that I am not working, they don't care. I just wish they would send a letter so I could have an address to mail payments to. I am not spending $10 to wire them a payment of $50. That is just stupid!!!

I searched the BBB in Utah for info on this company. They are not recommended by the BBB. Also, they do have an address, so if anyone is interested here is the 1 provided along with the name of the President of the company as well as phone numbers. This covers the internet company.
