Complaint Review: Cashnet (payday-loan.yes.com)

I applied a $350.00 loan on 5-30-07. They ask me to fax them a recently pay stub which I did. A loan was $350.00 plus $105 interest for every paycheck period that I understand. Base on a paystub I get paid twice a motnh, a first pay check is on 4th & second pay check is on 17th. I spoke with one of their represantive name Tina, she told me that a first $105 fee will be charge on my account which suppose to be 17th and 2nd charge will be on 4th which is ok for me. I understand it will be $105 high interest fee charge for this loan. Here is came a problem they route to my bank account and tried to charge me $350.00 one transaction plus 2nd transaction is $105.00 on June 15th, I did fax them my paystub and both agree at the beginning will be charge on Jun 17 not 15th. I have no money in my bank then my bank charge me twice overdraft transaction $34 each. I called cashnet customer, she said will email me a form to fill out but never get one. I called them again and email with no reply. So I keep waiting for them reply but nothing. Until June 30 07. They route to my bank account. this time they tried to charge me $350.00 plus $105.00 plus $105 plus $105 $39. They mistake to charge me earlier again. This time my bank charge me overdraft fee 4 times X 34. I have totoal lost another $144 without paying them yet. I got ripped I can't effort to pay too much money plus all the overdraft transaction was cause by cashnet payday-loan-yes.com. Please tell me how to resolve this issue.
