CashNetUSA.com gave me apayday loan with a $650 limit. They dipped into my checking account without my authorization which caused overdraft fees and my balance became -$212.26 because of their doing this. The payment was for $167.66, next they told me my next payment was for $222.82. I can not afford this kind of stressful business dealings.  Now they tell me that to pay this off I have to pay $809.45? I think they should compensate me for my troubles and pay me the $222.82 for the trouble they caused with my bank account plus deduct the amount from what is owed.

Now Ive received three phone calls from a man identifying himself as David Adams, a lawyer with a law firm called John E Best which is a fake.  He uses various phone numbers telling people that there is a legal action against them in which a judgement has been entered and that the police are going to pick them up at their place of work and take them to jail.  He wants you to confirm information like social security number and other information the FBI tells you not to give out.  Then he wants you to call him back if he gets a voice message at a fake phone number that is not recognized by the phone company. When you call nobody will answer the phone.

The payments with CashNetUSA are rediculous and they charge 299% interest plus a 15% per $100 fee. I think they should be regulated the same as banks and stop ripping people off. When is someone going to do something about these greedy people who take advantage of someone in need of help with paying their bills every once and a while? They should loose their business license if they can't treat people with respect in stead of harrasement and ungly words and threats.
