I took out a payday loan from here in 2005. They were taking money out of my account and everything was fine. Now in 2009 I get a call from a Mr. Reilly 716-566-9097 stating that I have committed a Internet Fraud. That Cash Net is taking me to court because I closed my bank account and they never got their money. Well my account has never been closed and I dont owe them any money. He threatened me that I would have to pay all the court costs and fee that would run me thousands of dollars if I did not give them $200.00 right away. I said I want this in writting before I did anything. That was this morning, 03/05/09 and he was going to email me. Never got an email but once I got home I found the same story online from 2006 with the same name and the same rip off. Now I am finding more. Please beware of this rip off.

Hackers have stolen personal info from Payday loan websites - they in turn are using SCARE tactics to collect money from you that you do not owe.
EVERYTHING THEY SAY AND DO IS ILLEGAL- even it was a legitimate collection attempt. They are hoping you do not know that.
The POINT IS TO TERRORIZE YOU INTO PAYING THEM! DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

I strongly suggest you contact your local FBI Office and inform them of the situation. This person can and should be charged with extortion. I have had some problems with weirdo people and I was involved in a class action lawsuit which we had won, you NEED to call the FBI and put a stop to this idiot! If not for yourself, think about all of the little old ladies out there that he is taking the only money they have, that means they eat ramen once a day if they're lucky, can't even think about buying their life saving prescription medicines. He is praying on you and every other disabled, retired, low or fixed income person he can. only YOU can put a stop to this, you may even be able to file a class action lawsuit and win back a lot of the money this person has out right stolen! Please help the other victims as well as yourself, I am so glad that you were smart enough to look into it instead of just giving into it!
