I contacted customer service and told them that they had my pay dates incorrect and they assured me the problem was fixed. They took the money out of my account on a Friday when I get direct deposit and it made my account overdrawn which cost me an additional $70.00. When I contacted them today I was told that they could not help me because they checked the online chat session and that I only mentioned my second pay date. This makes no sense to me. Why would i have contacted them on the 3rd of the month regarding my second payment in the month when the next paydate was the 8th of the month. They withdrew the funds on the 6th anyway. The customer service clerk and the supervisor could have cared less. It was their error and they refused to acknowledge it. I will never ever do business with this company ever again!!!

I have been a customer of CashNetUsa for quite some time. In my opinion they are the best pay day lending company. They certainly do charge too much interest but it is no secret. All the details are right there before you sign for the loan. I either pay my loan off or occasionally ask for an extension. They have never debited my account unless it was scheduled. CashNetUsa has gotten me through a tough year.

If you read the details in advance then you will not face these problems. Also, if you can't pay it back then don't take out the loan. If you don't want to keep paying charges then go to your account online and click pay in full. Of course if you ask for an extension you are going to have to pay another fee. Don't you have to pay interest every month you have a loan at your bank, or late fees if you are past due. Read before you sign and don't sign unless you intend to pay it back or pay more fees until you do pay it back.
I do think that CashNetUsa could lower their interest rate and it would help their image and get them more business.
