Complaint Review: CASHNMINUTES-JOHN STOKES

MY husband filed for a loan over the computer but he denied it due to the low amount they give you then the next thing he knows money is being token out his account so he closed the account i didn't ask him what company so about 3 weeks later we needed a loan so i applied for one they toke me to cashnminutes i denied the loan due to the low amount of 150.

I didn't sign any e-signature contracts online i just denied the loan well the next two day past and we go to the bank to withdraw money out to pay the bills and i notice theirs a little bit more money in my account i thought my husband had deposited some money from work come to find out it was from cashnminutes so me and my husband said don't worry about it we'll just pay it back well they went to taking money out of my account way before my next payday which is when they are suppose to take the 200.00 dollars back the next payday.

well then about 3 days after i was driving home when my brother called me ha said a man called the house and said i was going to jail for fraud i said what are you talking about he called the man three way and i talked to a MRS. JOHN STOKES who was very rude and none professional he told me i had to pay 1,350.00 dollars by tomorrow or i was going to jail i didn't have that kind of money so i told my husband he said you are not sending anything you didn't ask for a loan threw that company if you pay anything pay back what you borrowed.

Now me and my husband are really worried cause they are calling our family threating them and they even called my dad and told him that my husband had used his name and social for a loan we don't know my dads social and when my dad tried to tell them other wise they told him to shut up and listen you need to go put a warrent out on them is what MRS. STOKES told him my dad just hung up

now they are calling our job and still sending threating emails and calls telling our family information that they are not suppose to because of the privacy act on their web site .... is their no end to these people i saw on here that they are just a ripoff company what can be done seriously need some help here ...email me back
