Cashsearch.us Misleading search terms to entice buyer to join and pay fees for unclaimed money search Internet

I ran a search on my full name (first, middle and last) on cashsearch.us to see if there is any unclaimed money out there for me. The search results came back that I MAY have $10,000+ out there unclaimed and if I join now for $10.00 I could access the records and claim the money.

I joined and ran a search on my name again, then the search results came back with the last name and first and middle initials only. I felt ripped off, considering I ran a search on my full name, not my initials. I emailed the company for a refund since the search results were misleading and they told me that to get my money back I need to try and claim money on the list and when I was unsucessful they would refund.

The company told me that they use the word MAY so they are not responsible if not results match. I understood all of that when I registered, but tell me how does K V or K G match Katharine Diane? The search results I got back did not even match my middle name, so how could those funds be added into the results that MAY be mine?

I will try to claim money to get my refund (now it is the point more than anything else), but I am reporting them to as many places as I can so everyone else knows they are ripping people off.
