It, was ok for me to spend my money, however when I was up to $3,000. winnings they had me submit every kind of I. d. and back and forth emails and contacting the support team on various conversations. They stalled and stalled until they finally stated that I was in breach of code have used my bonus spins and betting over the amount allowed. The online game was capped of at .20 cents.

They put me through so much stress leading me on for weeks until they could come up with a reason not to release my money> The fiasco started as soon as I wanted to make a withdrawl.  I spent quite a bit  gambling to win and  double my money and then when it came time to withdraw and the app would not let me, I requested assistance from support. I did not ask for a manual withdrawl.

Greg started the whole fiasco by stating that my gambling history showed that I should be locked out however my money would go into my account. On and on they went until I had sent them my life history. I had long past used all the bonus spins by the time I won. This is fraud on their part.
