Complaint Review: Cassandra Ryan at Midtown and Associates

When I went to have my taxes done at Midtown Associates by Cassandra Ryan I was not given a print out or the amount of my refund. After calling several times she told me that I would not receive my printout until my check came.  I also called about how much I woiuld be receiving and she just called back with when I would be receiving it and still did not receive the amount.  After receiving my refund, I went to pick up my paper work and on it, it had the amount to be refunded to be $4212.  The amount that I received was $3505 which is a $707 diffenence.  I called Cassandra on Tuesday Feb. 27 and she told me that she only charges 200 for her fees and the other was bank fees and she would call me back.  I have called Cassandra several times and the phone goes to voicemail and I also called the number on my tax form and no one answers.  I just want what is owed to me.
