Cassel GMC Ripoff Trashed Vehicle Under Repair; Failed to Repair; Incompetent Mechanics Patchogue New York
While my Winnebago was in their shop to repair an AC defect, they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and changed parts willy nilly in a trial-and-error approach. The vehicle was in their shop for over 3 weeks and they broke the engine cover, broke the center console, created grease stains on my carpeting and used my bed to have their lunch and whatever else.
When I reported this to the owner of the dealership I was virtually called a liar.
I will never return to Cassel GMC in Patchogue again, not even to have a kiddie car repaired.
