Complaint Review: Cassette US

I saw an ad on Facebook for a slimming shirt. I ordered the item and when I received the item came apart as soon as I put it on. I contacted the seller and notified them of the damaged item. I asked for a replacement and inquired about  a smaller size. They asked me to pay $15 for the return so I told them I would just take a refund and to send me a return label. They asked for photos and I immediatly sent them. I did not get a response from them so I filed a resolution claim through PayPal.

I received an email from the seller asking me to cancel the claim and they would issue a refund as soon as it was cancelled. This sounded fishy so I checked on PayPal's website and if you cancel the resolution claim you are unable to open another one. So I emailed them back and told them I would not cancel the claim and to refund me the money then I would cancel the claim. They replied to PayPal that I need to return the item which I have no problem doing as I had asked for a return label.

I never received a label just an email where to send the item to at my cost. The return is to Vietnam not a US company as they claim.
