CastForce is an impossible organization to deal with..........The ignorance I received from CastForce interactions was an insult. The public needs to know the truth behind what CastForce is like based upon my real experience as an Independent Contractor for just about a year.. It was a struggle in that CastForce is a terrible company, a hole in the wall somewhere in Florida. Four elements make CastForce sleazy, low wages, no benefits, high stress and sporadic work. Examples of an unfair work atmosphere. The pay is under the table money of 10 to 14 bucks.........so cheap for on demand work. To be eligible to report your earnings to the IRS, the earnings have to reach 650......that would take more than 50 projects to complete at CastForce........impossible. CastForce expects work done immediately although pays next to nothing just like peanuts for the stress.
One of the many problems is the way CastForce interacts with outsiders. The stores never have the resets done before I arrive and some stores (Cumberland Farms) throw me out......a sign that CastForce hasn't got it together when it comes to coordinating the programs with the people that run the stores. In my interactions with ' CastForce Agents, ' Agents talked in circles around a particular issue and never helped solve anything.

This department has worked with me every step of the way, so I do not see this in anyone of their department of getting nasty. They just expect the projects to be on time and they do give extensions for 95 percent of projects.
