tHIS IS A COPY OF THE EMAIL SENT TO MAGDELINE REGARDING MY PAYROLL

Hi Magdeline, 

I think that's unfair to suspend me as well as withhold pay for completed projects because I have the kits for the CVS AMEX project.  Here's the problem I don't  think you are aware of: Over the last 2-3 weeks before this project started, I contacted support 4 times regarding the distance of these projects.  I live in Tampa, FL and there were stores assigned to me well over a 60 mile radius traveling one way.  Up until last Thursday 10/10 is when I made the last telephone call and requested for the project manager of this project to get back to me regarding the possiblity of travel pay for 9 of these stores that are well over a 20 mile radius one way.  This call took place on 10/10 and I repeatedly complained about these projects on my portal and it was not resolved.  I spoke to Jason more than 3 weeks ago and he said that he would inform support of the travel distance for these projects that's well over 20 miles one way.   I think it is unfair after repeated telephone calls to support in an attempt to resolve this issue before it got to this point, is extremely unfair to the rep.  I did what I was suppose to do which was call in if I had an issue or concern.  Over the course of the last 2-3 weeks this problem is still not resolved.  Yes, my telephone is currently out because I shattered the face glass and I am awaiting a replacement which is any day now.  Nevertheless, someone needs to look into the number of calls I made to support in attempt to see the best way to resolve this issue.

 You will get paid tomorrow, but until you have a working phone number that we can contact you at, the probation will not be lifted.  Going forward do not accept projects for the posted compensation unless you are willing to do it for that amount. Contact contracting if you need adjustments and they can decide.

 JAN you locked the account where i cant access the system but you didnt make sure i get paid for the Work i did.  to show you that you are capable of making sure i get paid, but you were fast to deactivate me after a few choice of poor words.  this also shows you all have no plans of paying me and that you all are finding every way possible to keep from paying me, i will make sure this gets to the proper division here in florida so they can be aware how cast works people and refuses to pay them

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU WORK WITH THEM, THEY SIT ON PROJECTS WEEKS AT A TIME.  MY WORK WAS SUBMITTED SINCE 10/4 FOR THE PAYROLL DATE OF 10/18 AND NO ONE WORKED ON MY PROJECTS, NEVER SAID THERE WAS AN ISSUE, EVERYTHING WAS ACCEPTED FINE.  WHEN TIME CAME FOR PAYROLL, THEY FOUND EVERY REASON NOT TO PAY ME AND I AM OUT OF GAS FOR TRAVELING TO THE VARIOUS LOCATIONS, WEAR AND TEAR OF MY VEHICLE, AND LOSS OF TIME I DID NOT GET PAID FOR.  I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB IN REGARDS TO THIS COMPANY.

I know based upon real experiences and interactions that CastForce staff are horrible.   CastForce staff are unreasonable, uneducated, and unintelligent.   CastForce is a small time IT that has the ability to take down any negative posts.  And therefore doesn't treat their IC's fairly and takes the time to improve it's problems.  

Jan Carpentar, Director of Compliance  (he, she) is RUDE.   Tammy Little is Fraudelent and doesn't answer the previous posted e mail.    The whole staff should be terminated.  And CastForce should close it's doors.

I'm a contractor for this company and these are very busy people so cut them so slack. Yes, they make mistakes but come on, we do too!

You are lucky and it appears that new people payroll are always withheld for one reason or another.  To lighten you, this is not a good company.  This is not the first time I had a problem with payroll.  It's funny you should say that because payroll on 10/18, guess what....they offered every reason as to why I didn't get paid including the oldest trick....they were having problems uploading payroll on the paycards.  Guess what Thomas, they never uploaded my payroll and they are refusing to pay for the work completed all because of a contractual agreement. 

But guess what they are not telling you or anyone else, those same reports that were submitted and completed, CASTFORCE submitted them for payment from the vendors and got paid, but me or someone else can't get paid.  And guess what again Thomas, I used my personal vehicle and burned my gas.  And Jan is not a nice person about me getting paid......she has a non-chalant attitude which she displayed that she did not care if I was paid or no

t..........HEY THOMAS, ARE YOU AWARE THAT JAN DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I WAS PAID AND SHE HAS NOT MADE SURE THAT I WILL BE PAID.  Instead, she has not responded!  So I have filed a complaint with the BBB here in Sarasota,Fl.  This company is a RIPOFF.

I travel these distances all the time and they work with me. They make sure it gets taken care of maybe a bit longer than usual but hey they have thousands of contractors. You will get paid but there must be a miscommunication somewhere. Keep on trying to contact Jan, if that doesn't work contact Tammy-tlittle@castforce.com They are all busy people trying to run a growing company.
