This company, representative Dave Mclean came out and sold us on having the basement coated by his company. He told us the prep work was included it says this on the contract "Prepand lite glue removal included as part of the process.
Proper prep was not done and there are trip hazards in many places. This is a permanent cement floor coating and the substandard and very unprofessional job will impact the resell value of my house.
