Complaint Review: Castle For Brides HB

You walk in, the ladies are nice and courteous. They seem assuring and that everything will be fine and give you a estimated arrival date.  You feel confident that everything is taken care of and really not much to worry about right?  WRONG!!! 

I am a BM in my friend's wedding who ordered and purchased her wedding dress 1 year before her wedding. A couple of promised arrival dates have come and gone and 7 months later guess what? STILL no dress! 

After weeks of trying to get to a hold of them...countless voice mails and emails no response or answer. Our BM dresses were ordered and as time gets closer, I am VERY concerned that we will be wrapped up in paper towels and tulle for the wedding. 

Bottom line, If you want a place where you actually thought you would get a dress when you pay for one or willing to take the risk of it arriving the week before your wedding or not expecting a return phone call or email however...your deposit check was received with a very nice yet desperate smile....This is your place. 

Honestly, you would think if you are planning a wedding, this should be the last thing you have to worry about. 

Don't walk...RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!  You've been warned....
