Castle Honda - BILL JEW I see that I'm not the only person that was ripped off by CASTLE HONDA and BILL JEW. This dealership and salesperson lack integrity and have not meaning of the word ethical. Castle Honda, Bill Jew and everyone Imet that works for this dealership are the reason that people hate car salesmen and car dealerships Morton Grove, Illinois

Everyone that I dealt with at CASTLE HONDA starting with BILL JEW, set new standards for being rude and obnoxious.  The general manager, A.C., is a real loser and the finance manager, MARK, should be fired.  They look you straight in the face and lie with a smirk on their face.  I can't believe they are still in business but maybe that's why they have to advertise so much...they lose so many customers because of their attitudes.     Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.  Save yourself a lot of aggrevation and grief.  If I had checked Ripoff Report, Google and Yelp before, I never would have walked into the dealership to begin with.
