Castle Property management manages my building.
I live in Aventura. I had my car parked in the spot they had assigned me in their garage.
My car's exterior was ruined when a pipe located directly above my car had bursted spilling boiling hot water and waste onto my car. I received a call from the desk informing me of it hours later. when i went downstairs it was still happening. I was told the maintence person could not come in until monday so they have no way of stoping the spil.  The roof of my car (its a convertable) was completely ruined. It also leaked into the car.
I spoke to the property manager (Ruiz) who told me i should have known the risk and they refuse to pay.  When i told her thats nuts she pulled out a valet ticket that said they are not responsible.
I DIDNT EVEN VALET! i live here, i pay castle 130 a month for my parking spot.
I had my top replaced and the car detailed, cost me 500 in total.
When i brought the property manager the receipts for my car she said theresnothing she can do and that they refuse resposibilities. she said it was not her fault or the buildings that the pipe had bursted.
