In July 2007 I was contacted by a Timeshare Sales Agent named Anthony. He was aware through Florida records that I owned timeshares in Orlando at Blue Tree and Orange Lake Resorts. He offered a "great deal" according to him at a very special rate to "list" 2 of my units with him and Castle Resorts International as he was in desperate need of some timeshare properties for a number of trade shows that he would be at in the upcoming days and weeks. He was adamant that his "corporate channel" that they used for sales would find a number of buyers quickly for my properties.

He described how they are bundled together for corporations who see value in owning timeshares because it's cheeper than paying for hotels for their travelling employees. He quoted me the average asking price for each unit as Blue Tree - 2 Bedroom Deluxe would ususally get around $21K and he guaranteed $17K which meant that anything over $17 he kept. And Orange Lake he quoted $27K and guaranteed $23K for a 2 Bedroom Chalet. It seemed to make sense. So I listed two of my properties with him and paid the $1,995 for the representation. I received a sample contract by email from the admin office and waited for the actual one to come. The end.

I never heard from anyone again and only reached someone named Larry who never got back to me about the contact. There are now several sites that are forwarding sites to Corporate Resorts International from Castle Resorts International, American Timeshare Resales, Regency Resorts International, etc, They all seem to end up in the same place but the phone number which is always the same doesn't work. neither does the fax.

The guarantee is 100% refund of fees if your proerty (s) doesn't sell within 6 months. That was January 2008 for me. I have written, emailed, phoned, but to no avail. I just want my $1995.00 back.

Please everyone be aware this appears to be a scam for money, not a reputable service.
