Signed contract to sell and rent timeshare 6/4/07. Made several telephone calls to receive status - Representative Elizabeth Bowden no longer works there; was transferred via phone to Tim Myner (sp?). Left five messages and have never received response. The rental was for the Thanksgiving week; have not heard whether it was rented and want to use if it is not. We charged $895 on our visa to go along w/signed contract. CANNOT get an update!!!! Their email is not valid and is returned.

We are retired and cannot afford $895 unless we sell our timeshare. We were "guaranteed" a return of this amount if timeshare doesn't sell within a specified period of time. No one has the courtesy to return our calls.
