Complaint Review: Castle Resorts International - Walter Fowler

We do believe that a group of people from Castle Resorts International (CRI) set up traps to charge innocent people like all of us a huge amount of money. Walter Fowler played the big boss behind this crime and never fulfilled the contract to give the money back to us. They never returned e-mails or phone calls to resolve the issues. They ignored requests from BBB. If you ever pay attention to their website, they now remove the Square Trade mark which was used to make people believe that they are REAL GOOD COMPANY. However they were never allowed to post Square Trade. An ACTE mark is on the website. Do they really belong to ACTE?

The common tricks that CRI do to all of us are:
1. charging to your credit card without authorization
2. not responding
3. lying about your property is being reviewed

We all should stop this crime. Please try the following efforts to start with.
1. File complaint to Orlando BBB.
2. File complaint to your State Attorney General. You should get a quick response.
3. Send this Ripoff report to your State Attorney General. Let them see how many people have been cheated by CRI.

We should get Florida Attorney Generals attention to investigate this. CRI commits this crime across the country. I'll try every single channel until they get caught.
