on march 21 of this year 011 but after that all the problems begine we were tooking bad advantage of by the general managers we put our money down for the car we wanted to buy .we were so excited then the following next day they would not sell us the car they told us it had transmission problems, so they informed us that they could put us in
something else wich was a anothe vhecile of a 2007 saturn ion we were so pleased .and happy ounce again and then..they changed on us again they said that that ion would take 2 days beacuse it was at a body shop..so
we went with the flow...and got the insurance but on that car..and then finally at last we came back to them on march the 29 which is today to obtain our vhehicle and then they tell us that it never has been worked on and here we are thinking that our car is ready for us to drive of the lot with when in general nothing was never done ..so we;ve been patient
for 2 weeks with money down and no car so then they tell us they can only give us our money back and did not want to sell us a car and they were really rude and obnoxiouse and they threatend me and my fiance about leaving there lot..it wasss such a bad experience that i will never forget and i recomend nooooooo noooo one to buyy a car from them they are scammmerssss and badd business in jacksonvile and they will take your money and screw you over.literaly... we have learned our lesson to never trust in something we dont see off rip especially with car dealrs or anything in this world in general..
