Complaint Review: Casual Apparel Warehouse Dirt Cheap Apparel

I had the same experience! I placed an order on 1/31/05 with these people and my credit card was charged the same day. I received not one but 2 separate emails notifying me that my order had been received and that it would ship soon. After a week went by and no contact, I tried to log in to "my account" and track the packages, which supposedly I was supposed to be able to do.

After repeatedly trying to go to the "my recent orders" page and continually getting popped back to their home page, I gave up. I suppose I should've tried harder at that point, but after reading the other "reviews" of these guys on this website, I now see that I wouldn't have had any luck either. Their website still comes up in Google searches, but when you click on the links there's nothing there. There's no number for them listed on my statement - just a city and state - and when I tried to look them up with directory assistance, there's no listing anywhere. Granted in the whole scheme of things $20 is not a lot of money, but if I pay for something I expect to receive it. If they can't fulfill my order, I expect to be fully refunded. Please do NOT use these people - they are frauds!
