CAT 5 Cable Company EXTRMEMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ripoff Sherwood Arkansas
On the 21st of April 2007, I placed an order to CAT 5 Cable Company. A couple days later I received an "Order Shipped" email. For the last couple days I have emailed and called the company NUMEROUS times and either received a "voice mailbox full" message, or when I left a message including all my contact information, I receive no response from the company.
My credit card has been charged for the cable, but I have no cable! It shouldn't take nearly a month for this item to ship to my home address. Even if that is the case, the customer service section of this small "company" should be there to assist and they clearly are not. I feel like I have entered an internet scam.
