Complaint Review: Catabolic Diets

I ordered a diet program on 1-18-01, I payed the xtra sum for the rapid response, it is now 2-05-01 the response time was supposed to be 5 working days for the product to be in my possession, I think they have had ample time to ship my product, I have called, the phone number where I ordered the product, they say they can't do anything, so they gave me a customer service phone number,it has been busy for 18 full days and nights, the third number is for Ultra life products Ltd. they also told me there was nothing they could do but give me the customer service number, when I told them the number is always busy they said that is all that they could do also. So I guess I am out the twenty six dollars. Please do not order from THE CATABOLICS DIET SYSTEM!!!!!!
