Catalina Jewelers, I had a watch that was purchased from their store taken to them for repair, on March 15 2006. It has been more than 11 months, they not repaired the watch, they have lost the watch. Mesa Arizona

I had a watch that was purchased from their store taken to them for repair. This was done on March 15 2006. It has been more than 11 months and not only have they not repaired the watch, they have lost the watch. After numerous attempts over an 11 month period they have done nothing to replace the watch.

Why not just file a Small Claims suit against the store?
