Complaint Review: Antonio Gomez Catalona Promotion (SL)

I received a letter in the mail from Spain (according to the stamp). It advised that I had won 965,789 Euros, 1st category prize in the La Primitiva Lottery. It gave the winning numbers and date which were confirmed on thelotter website, (provided in the letter).

Catalona Promotion said they would take 10% of the winnings as they had purchased the ticket on my behalf after the funds had been remitted.

The processing form to Catalona requested personal details, bank account information, next of kin information and personal id, eg. passport drivers licence etc and a signature authorizing them to process and transfer the funds.
