Complaint Review: Catherine Aisha Voya Creations

I ordered a necklace from aisha voya in may of 2017, which was supposed to be shipped in November of the same year. I have tried to message her numerous times through both email and instagram as those were the only ways I could find to contact her.Now after multiple attempts of contacting her to either get my necklace or get a refund I've lost $105 to this scam.

I don't expect to get either back and now am trying to just ensure nobody else gets trapped like this.
