Just like some one else who has already reported I preordered a necklace in January 2017. At first the seller would respond to my occasional inquiry. As of September she stopped responding. Too late to get my money back via PayPal or my CC company, which I suspect was her plan all along. The BBB said their letter to her for her side of the issue came back. Of course it did, because she listed Harry Potter's address as her company one.
