Complaint Review: Catherine S. Heid & John Stevenson

Ms. Heid, Mr. Stevenson & their clients bribe & theaten many people in Scioto County to purger themselves to benefit their clients, or allow them to continue to practice law unethically. Although their clients are very unscrupulous, the husband & wife often bankrupt the clients or have thier clients sign their homes & property over to the couple. They have knowingly collected stolen funds from the Salvation Army. John, Elizabeth & Deborah Fox steal Salvation Army cash & goods for Ms. Heid's attorney fees. Martin Kimbler has been illegally collecting welfare, SSI & stolen money from business associates to pay Ms. Heid.

Here are some of the people who have been approached by the attorneys or their clients to either purger themselves or further benefit their clients:

Scioto County Sheriff's Office, Portsmouth, OH:
Sheriff Donini: Has been approached.
Hughie Blair, Sheriff Deputy: Terrorized & threatened an opposing parties family at the request of Ms. Heid and Mr. Stevenson, held an opposing party against their will without a warrant or legal order to do so. Telling the parties family members to turn over the minor child or the individual they were holding would be booked on interferance with custody charges, despite the party being the custodial parent. This resulted in a minor child being handed over to a person with a very strong documented history of child abuse and neglect regarding the same child.

Portsmouth Police Department, 2nd St., Portsmouth, OH:
Chief Horner: Has been approached.
Sgt. Brewer: Has been approached.
Offier Kelly: Purgered himself.
Officer Shipley: Has been approached to purger himself.
Officer Ware: Has been approached.

John Leibold, Attorney, Columbus, OH: Has been threatened.

Steven Mowery, Attorney, Wheelersburg, OH: Has been approached with threats.

JB Marshall, Attorney, Portsmouth, OH: Has been threatened.

Jerome Cantanzaro, Attorney, Waverly, OH: Has been threatened.

Judge Frederick Crow, Meigs County, OH: Has been threatened.

Mildred Thompson, Court Clerk, Scioto County, OH: Is aware of her employees "losing" paperwork to benefit Ms. Heid & Mr. Stevenson, yet does nothing to stop this abuse of court.

Opal Spears, Scioto County Councilwoman for CPS & CSEA: Is aware of these attorneys & encourages her agents to act in the best interest of these attorneys & their clients.

CSEA agents: Refuse to collect judgements against these attorneys or thier clients, yet vehemently attacks anyone opposing these attorneys & their clients.

Leslie Jordan, Scioto County CPS, New Boston, OH: Has purgered herself, given information to Heid & Stevenson & refused to inform the opposing party or allow opposing party to read the files.

Alice Bauer, CPS case worker: Fails to provide a thorough investigation of the facts as report by children's physicians when they are against that of Catherine Heid and John Stevenson's clients, resulting in further abuse and neglect to infants, toddlers, and young children.

Jay Hash, Shawnee Mental Health Center, 9th St. Portsmouth, OH: Purgered himself.

Richard Bussa, OH DOL: Has been appraoched by these attorneys & thier clients.

Kristi Toppins, Principal, Wilson Elementary School, Portsmouth, OH: Has purgered herself & refused to allow opposing parties to read their childrens' files, yet has given the information to Heid & Stevenson.

Mark Kuhn, Attorney & Portsmouth City Prosecutor Portsmouth, OH: Has been manipulated to be an ad litem in a case with a known conflict of interest of Heid's Client. He was able to be released of the assignment, once he actually viewed the paper work in which the case Heid asked him to be an ad litem for her client who was his former classmate.

Judge Kirsch, Portsmouth, OH: Failed to follow proper Ohio regulations before removing a minor child from a parents custody at her request.

David Billmire, Plastic Surgeon at CHMC. Mohammad T. Ali, MD pediatrician Waverly, OH, Rebecca Schoettle pediatrician West Portsmouth, OH, Anita Shelth dermatologist at CHMC, Threatened and harassed by Ms. Heid via numerous phone calls, and faxes with requests to try to benefit her clients desires, not the patients needs.

Jay Willis Magistrate of Scioto County Domestic Relations Court & Judge David Spears: Manipulation with out proven documentation to taint other parties reputation socially and economically. To the point of where Judge Spears has been quoted to remark "My rulings are a ruling for a reason and they will remain that way no matter what." And before parties even reach the courtroom, an opinion has already been made by Judge Spears.

In one case when a minor in a pending divorce was born with serious medical problems of unknown cause, he was stated as holding the mother responsible for the child's health problems and was holding it against her. The health problems occur with no scientific reason, it is a genetic mutation that happens without cause, nothing an expecting mother could do would cause the extremely rare condition, yet Ms. Heid's manipulation tatics have caused a mother excessive amounts of grief for something that only God can control.

John Stevenson threatens opposing parties in the court of law before the Magistrate. Following that with in a matter of days, the parties threatened are subject to numerous stops by the Scioto County Sheriff's Department, and Post 73 of the OSP without cause, minimum stops of 3-5 per week over a period of approxiamatly 9 months that would sometimes involve up to three cruisers in the stop with out cause. In one case a sheriff's deputy and an OSP stopped this party together ganging up. Mark Kuhn City Prosecutor stated that if the Judge has put word out on you, you will experience these problems with the local law enforcement agencies, it's happened numerous times in the past.

It has further been stated by some local attorneys that Catherine Heid's & John Stevenson's cases in which all of their clients wishes and allegations are fulfilled by the court without proper documentation or even testimony; in most cases to support any allegations, money is being slipped here and there to all of the right people.
