Human beings have been tricked into believing that “God” is a man. God is, and was, simply this; an event that happened in the beginning when all life sprouted in the universe. 

Two points came together Billions of years ago and created what some refer to as the “Big Bang”. That “event” triggered the creation of all life in the universe. It’s that simple. As long as human beings are “manipulated” into believing that God is a man, humans will continue to believe in the men who are in control.

Jesus obviously knew that and understood the truth. The men in control, Sanhedrin, didn’t want the people to know what he knew because it would jeopardize their power. Nothing has changed in 1990 years. Most humans still believe in a lie. As long as they continue to believe in a lie, there will be chaos and turmoil in the world.

Guess what? The “orgasm” is simply a copy of that event which happened in the beginning when life sprouted in the universe. All living things in the universe are a copyof that event.

One of the definitions of the word ‘Archetype’ is this: ‘A copy of the original’.

We are just copies of that event which took place in the beginning. It’s that simple, but most human beings could not, and will not, accept that. They’ve been “manipulated” into believing in lies. In order to attain enlightenment, one must break free and understand the truth.

I can understand your anger and desire to let someone know about what happened. I believe you do deserve a letter of apology from the Catholic Church if you were not able to accept Pope Benedict XVI's verbal apology when he was in the United States this past April 2008.

What happened in the 60's and 70's was a direct result of the Catholic Church in America's misuse of the results of the Second Vatican Council. Rather than see it as a time of renewal, many Catholic Archbishops, Bishops, Priests and Religious saw it as a "relaxing" of the disciplines and rules in the Church and wandered away from the Catholic Faith as expressed by Christ through St. Peter. Many remained in their positions as Archbishops, Bishops, Priests and Relgious harmng the mission of the Catholic Church, but many left the Church and some left the Faith. There was confusing and contradictory information between the American Catholic Church and the Vatican. Where Pope John Paul II tried to make corrections through encyclicals (which were not always read and/or obeyed by the American Catholic Church hierarchy and Priests), Pope Benedict XVI has made verbal apology, personal apology, and tightened the reins between himself, and the Church hierarchy: the Cardinals, Archbishops, Bishops, Priests and Religious. There is more accountability now than in the past 100 years.

In 2007, there were 7 reported cases of Priest abuse. There are approximately 29,000 cases of Public School Teacher sexual abuse every year. Yet the Catholic Church's abuse cases make front page news and the School Systems' cases are quietly dismissed. Double Standard? Various States are now passing laws aimed at curbing sexual abuse in their school systems. Please see (((ROR redacted)))

This does in no way excuse what happened to your brother. Your original post was in 2002. I hope since then you have been able to forgive the Church, the person/Priest who abused your brother, your mother for not doing more or publicizing the incident, and the attorney who never contacted you.

We do hold those in authority to a higher standard. And as Christians we know that in the end, God will judge and God will vindicate. I pray for you and for the repose of the souls of your mother and brother. Most pedophiles are sociopaths. Sociopaths have almost no emotions/empathy for people, except when it comes to themselves. Pedophiles can not be rehabilitated by therapy. They are monsters, and always will be monsters. Pedophiles need the death penalty! Christopher, I was raised in a catholic family, and I think the only way the catholic church will respond is by monetary damages. I know how important that money is to the church. Much more important than you or I. In fact 'monetary damages ' may be the only thing that works. I beg anyone who reads this to please watch the award winning documentary called 'Deliver us from evil', I have seen a lot of documentaries on catholics/priests/molestation/etc.. but this documentary is the most moving I've ever seen. Some of the things you'll see will blow your mind!

First, let me say that the Church in no way wishes to hurt people. Yes, mistakes were made and yes those who made the mistakes should be dealt with. However, to seek money from a settlement or file lawsuits is not the answers. Professional psychological help is the answer.

I can tell you personally that I have to fill out so much paper work and attend meetings every year because of what happened. My biggest concern was realized when a personal friend of mine who is a priest was charged by a woman for sexual molestation which reported took place 20 years ago. This claim was later found to be false. However, the intial claim made form page news and the story clearing the priest was buried somewhere in the back, THIS IS WRONG. Should we applaud the guilt of religious figures or the innocence? I see these things and the only thing I can think of is people want to tear down those whom they see as good holy men to make them selves feel better about being, 'evil' or 'sinners.' In saying this I by no means am saying that child molesters are holy or righteous people, they have problems and need help. They also need to be placed in situations where they cannot revert back to that horrible action.

Having gone through the process of apply for seminary believe me when I say that the Church is taking exhaustice precautions in psychological evaluations, seminars, background checks, and personal history checks to ensure that any possible problems are identified and dealt with.

As for the fake bells, you may want to personally visit the parish office and explain to them that the bells are too loud. If it is causing you hearing problems I suggest informing them of that. However, if you are nice to them, they will be inclined to be nice to you. If you storm in and start making demands they will be apt to escort you out and ask you not to return and then do nothing about the volume. Remember, these people are not out to make money or tick people off, we are trying to bring people closer to God and we try to do that through charity.

Sadly, I have seen the comments voiced in that initial letter. People have accused me of being homosexual or a phedophile simply because I am in Catholic seminary. People have asked me to my face, 'So you don't like girls?' Let me tell you, these comments serve only to test me and make me upset at the immaturity and stupidity of these people. Their inconciderate attitudes serve as a reminder of the challanges I face ahead.

It is wise to think about how many priests you (the reader) have personally met that were found guilty of those charges. I have yet to met any and that says alot as I am sure to have met many more than you. I am in seminary and live around priests and see them on a regular basis. Ot of the 200 or so priests I know I have only met 2 that were charged with such allegations. Both found innocent.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that this is not limited to the Catholic priesthood. In fact most phedophiles are not priests or ministers of any kind. They are the uncles and aunts that live next door and watched your children while you were out at the store. The 3 people I know who were molested, 1 was by her father, another was by his mother's friend, and the third was by his uncle.

Remember that phedophiles are people also, they have feelings and emotions. Most likly they themselves were victimized as children. So before you go and call them monsters consider that they are in a circle of depression and addiction and they themselves need help also. Again, money will not solve anything, only therapy will serve as a solution.

i have been living here nice and queit 4 years till this church puts up 4 blairing bull horns allday everyday allday long starting at 7 am i have asked the Roman Catholic church to cut the noise.i have sent enough letters and made enough phone calls to fill an inch-thick file with no success The church's bells which aren't actual bells but a recorded carillon broadcast through 4 bull horn speakers -- ring hourly from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day having to "hear 10 minutes of droning megaphone chimes, "They shouldn't dictate to the neighborhood when to commemorate 9/11 by ringing their bells for a solid hour at 6 a.m. in the morning the church uses an electric carillon system. In other words, the church is automatically broadcasting canned music throughout the day. Its bell ringing is not personal and does not mark a human event indeed, the system would keep broadcasting even if every human being on earth were to perish, at least until the lights went out. broadcasting its recordings every hour and every 15 minutes In the first place, we feel that hourly broadcasts are excessive in a pluralistic society, particularly when the "bells" are actually just an automatic appliance. But every 15 minutes on a Saturday Sunday??! "If This is maybe your only day off, would you really want to hear a loudspeaker blast that is as loud as your alarm clock every 15 minutes starting at 7 AM We feel that hourly ringing is excessive especially if the broadcast is not a simple striking of hours but of some musical selection We also feel that trouble is almost inevitable when bells are replaced by broadcasts of automatic appliances If Saturday-Sunday is maybe your only day off, would you really want to hear a loudspeaker blast that is as loud as your alarm clock every 15 minutes starting at 7 AM? If you're someone that likes to think, likes to read, likes to create art, likes to get into one's unconscious via some tranquility in the home, then this a major disruption. this blast of loudspeaker waking you up all the time is annoying, and letting you know what time it is every 15 minutes. Plus you have to hear 10 minutes of droning megaphone chimes. i have been recording and measuring the sound level of the bells for the past two months. these levels are as high as 98 decibels, a level i think is too dangerous. This is just a terrible, loud, horrendous noise that we have been subjected to for nearly 8 months It causes ear pain, intense ear pain, and I've gone to my doctor and he told me I've got a hearing loss in not just the one ear but in both ears as a result, Church's are exempt from Los Angeles California noise law.

I got a kick out of hearing that Joseph what's his name (the new pope) claimed the media was to blame for the child rapings within the catholic Church. I also found fascinating the statement the catholic Church released a year or so ago blaming the parents of the children who got raped for not doing more to protect their children from the predator priests at the catholic Church.

What's next? You folks going to blame it on the kids you raped for having such nice tight buttholes while being so vulnerable?

One last thought. You all need to snap out of it. The reason the catholic Church is going down is not so
much about the catholic Church being a haven for child rapist but more about the fact that people just aren't buying the catholic's con job act anymore on top of the fact that now catholics finally realize they can no longer go around pretending to be more holy than everyone else by simply sputtering "I was raised catholic".

I can't figure out which of the previous sentiments best reflects my feelings towards the catholic Church. Nevertheless, I thought you all might want to reflect on these thoughts and possibly incorporate the two of them into your ad campaign.

I got a kick out of hearing that Joseph what's his name (the new pope) claimed the media was to blame for the child rapings within the catholic Church. I also found fascinating the statement the catholic Church released a year or so ago blaming the parents of the children who got raped for not doing more to protect their children from the predator priests at the catholic Church.

What's next? You folks going to blame it on the kids you raped for having such nice tight buttholes while being so vulnerable?

One last thought. You all need to snap out of it. The reason the catholic Church is going down is not so
much about the catholic Church being a haven for child rapist but more about the fact that people just aren't buying the catholic's con job act anymore on top of the fact that now catholics finally realize they can no longer go around pretending to be more holy than everyone else by simply sputtering "I was raised catholic".

So in conclusion, it's obvious to any reasonable sincerely Christian person that you all either don't really believe in GOD or you think GOD is a pushover and/or you people haven't seen the Bible clearly and firmly warns, there are those who GOD will not forgive. With that in mind, I believe that Polish pope who recently went to hell ruined any chance of forgiveness for you all with that lousy fleeting fatally insincere offering of apology for the sins of the catholic Church which he pompously mumbled to GOD interestingly enough while the television cameras were rolling.

I do agree with what you said this morning on "Meet the Press" though about it not mattering who the pope is because I bet the Devil himself could head the catholic Church and no one would notice a difference.

I trust you can take my candor since I like to say it like it is. The only reason I capitalized the "C" the first
time the word catholic appeared in this letter was to keep you reading.
