On April 2nd, I placed an order for a baptism gift for my godchild. I waited a month for the item to arrive.

On May 6th, I contacted them via email and asked when I could expect delivery.

I received no response, so I emailed again on May 10th and noted that my credit card was charged on the day I sent the previous email. Again I asked to be notified as to the status of the order.

No reply.

So today I emailed them again asking for information by the close of the business day. I informed them if there is no reply I will be reporting them to my local district attorney and the BBB as well as having the charges reversed on my credit card.

I only wish I had known the history of poor business practices of this company.
