Beware Cathy has spent her whole life living off the welfare system. Using her State Bridge Card ( Food Stamp card )in exchange for cigarettes and wine coolers. You will often see her with a cigarette in one hand and her little baby in her other hand. This poor baby chokes and gags as she chain smokes.

Cathy's husband Derek openly states he is unable to keep a job due to having felonies on his record and limited verbal skills using several four letter words in every sentence.

Cathy has gone her whole life blaming others for everything that is wrong in her life saying that her Dad, Mother, foster mothers, and everyone else in the whole world have in one form or another have abused her. Her stories change from day to day. Cathy has told so many lies she is unable to keep them stright.

We, as tax payers, are tired of supporting people like you Cathy. Get off welfare and get a job like the rest of us. Throw away your poor me Victim card. And get some therapy before the state takes your baby Shawn away.
