I am writing this letter to caution consumers about an UNRELIABLE, company named Innovation, also known as FutureTech, which is based at 1491 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, Connecticut 06475. I lost a total of $62.98 just dealing with this company.

I did not even get the products I desired to obtain from this particular company. I will start from the beginning. Back in September of 1999 I placed an order for a video game controller from this company. I waited several weeks for my order to arrive, but no response from the company After a few months went by without hearing anything about my order, I decided to trace the money order used to make my purchase.

A couple of days later, the money order company sent me a letter saying that the money order was cashed back in November of 1999 by the name of Keith Tomin from Innovation. When I found this out I was very UPSET, so I decided to contact Innovation about this matter and they told me they never received my request for an order. They wanted proof to confirm that I ordered something from them, so I had to send the company photocopies of the traced money order and they told me the products I wanted were not in stock and they would send me some totally different product instead. This also made me angry.

Overall, it was an unfortunate experience for me. I lost a significant amount of money in which I cannot get back, and I was given products from them I did not desire to have. I hope this information warns consumers about dealing with a SHADY company.
