I ordered (2) Mosaic Bird Feeders from Cautivadora through Living Socia back in April, 2013l. One of the bird feeders was for myself and the other for my daughter for Mother's Day gift (May, 2013).  I assumed that my daughter received her bird feeder but when I got a recent bill from Cautivadora for shipping of one of the feeders, I contacted her and found out she had never received the feeder and was never able to reach Cautivadora.

I just tried calling them on their number of 877-601-0001 and got a recording saying they were not available since it was Columbus Day. (today is 11/18/13). My call was during normal business hours.

I thought it was a rip off once I had ordered the bird feeders  through Living Social when I found out that the shipping charge of each feeder was $17.68. I even gave my daughter that amount to offset the charges for shipping the "gift" I had given her. (was this to make up for the reduced profit margin on the feeders through selling through Living Social?)

Now, I find that she not only has not received the bird feeder but they're asking me for payment of another shipping charge.
