Cautivadora Failed to deliver good purchased online New York New York

I purchased a folding hammock from Cautivadora in May, 2013 through Living Social. Despite several attempts to reach the store through its customer service line and one conversation with a customer service rep, I have not received my hammock.

The store does not return voicemails and makes it very difficult to reach anyone. If you do reach someone, they are not empowered to help you (located overseas) and will only tell you that you will eventually receive it. But that was more than a month ago.

I would strongly recommend against doing any business with this store. I am going to be much more cautious in using LivingSocial in the future also, especially for anything that has to be shipped.
