He is the slum lord of all slum lords. Cavalier management likes to take your money but do nothing to earn it. My apartment has black mold everywhere. In the ceiling and in the bathroom,(which by the way has no ventilation no fan and no window) it's everywhere. They knew there was water leaking. From the neighbors upstairs. They didn't care. So now my family is sick all of the time from the mold. We are in the middle of being evicted. That's fine because before I leave I am having the board of health come in. They will shut that place down until renovations are done They use one of the apartments next to me is a shelter apartment. They will get sick too. I hope cavalier gets all they have coming to them. Maybe our building will be the next one to burn to the ground. They had one in 2015 and 2016 the apartment had no smoke detectors. They're lucky they're alive. Stay away from these people. After the building burnt down they put on FB that all tenants should get renters ins because you never know what could happen. Fanned little weasle
