I think this is ID theft
The debt as described above is not my debt, BUT this Debt collection has refused my requests for proof of this debt.
The collection company is:
Cavalry Portfolio Services
P.O. BOX 22088
Tempe, AZ 85285

But they have put a collection ACTION on my credit report without warning!!!!

Their records are in error. I asked for all original documents that opened this Sprint account.

I am getting a major run around trying to get the original documents that open the account. While the clock is ticking down the 30 days from the day I received
their notice, requiring me to respond in writing to something I have no knowledge of.

They tell me it not there fault, I need to call sprint, all they have is a sprint account number (Cavalry gave me) I have to call sprint. I called Sprint notified them of ID fraud they did not care and would not send this to their fraud DEPT.

I asked Cavalry to mail a dispute paperwork to me, BUT judging from their actions to date I have ZERO confidence they will get this right.

I have contacted the FTC and put a 90 fraud alert with the 3 reporting agencies.
