Cavalry Portfolio Services is on my Credit Report for an alleged debt to Sprint PCS for $283, IN WHICH, I DO NOT OWE!

1.They failed to respond to DV Letters that I mailed to them.

2.I am now waiting for a reply from PR Letters that I sent to the CRA's to see how they can verify that I owe this alleged debt! (if they have failed to reply to any other consumer's letters, a PR Letter is the next step (see ArtofCredit.com or Cardratings.com forums for more help)............make the CRA prove that Cavalry has proof that you owe a debt to them.............9 times out of 10 times, Cavalry CANNOT provide proof of debts that they are pusuing!)

Cavalry is just pursing debts, hoping that someone is stupid enough to pay them!
Cavalry is also notorious for illegally re-aging a consumers debts to make their credit scores go down.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GIVE INO CAVALRY!

Cavalry Portfolio Services filed a lawsuit against one of my clients for a debt that was long barred by the statute of limitations. I filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings and got them to back off real quick. If you are pursued by a debt collector for a disputed or expired debt, contact an attorney right away.
