Complaint Review: Cavco Home Center & Everyone Who Worked There Synergy Mortgage Corporation & Buddy Ming

We gave Cavco a check for our deposit on a home. They said rewrite the check to Synergy Mortgage Corp.

Several months still no word on our house. So we called up and and asked whats going on? They gave us a lot of promises too. Then they were going out of business.

So we asked for our money back since they didn't help us out. They said they didn't have it Synergy has it. So we called them up they said they didn't have it either.

I told them I gave it to one of your employees Buddy Ming. They said they don't have an employee of that name. She says that they have been having problems with that man using their company name.

But all they did was sent him a letter stating don't do it anymore. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! But yet he still doing it. Because we're the next case we called the police and talked to a detective and he said we're the 8th family that reported about this case! Gosh!!! What can we do to get our money back. So if you plan to buy a mobile home please have them checked out.
