Complaint Review: CBCS Collections MCI

recently i got a phone call stating i owe for $500.00 some dollars for a service with MCI. they can't give me a statement nor any information other than what they got from whos knows where. i have never had service through MCI and stated i did.

if you don't pay your phone bill don't they usually cut it off is what i told them. but they called me on phone they state i have this bill for. its through my local phone company. where and how do they get your info and how can they put on your credit. i have never recvd a letter from them or MCI and this is the first phone call after 2years they say i owe for. and trying to get info from them is very hard no matter who you speak to they will hang up if you don't give them your new information, who in there right mind would give info over the phone to someone calling you that can't give proof...what a rip off!!!!if you call them brad might hang up if he can't think fast enough for the bull they give you.
