Recieved Phone call on 11/4 /08 about supposed bad debt for medical expenses. Woman named Jennifer ask for imediate payment over the phone for the amount of $144.44. When I requested information or documentation I was told to request a report in writing and given Fax number and account #.

Was told to call Jennifer next day and given another phone # 800-968-6906 Did not call number went straight to rippoff report Thanks for your great work

Its not a bad choice that you went straight to ripoff report but a lot of times, there may be a person with the same name as you, but different SS#.. We as associates have all of our calls recorded and we are regulated by FDCPA so if it is not your debt, just simply verify the information so you and we can move on and find the RIGHT person. We do skip tracing- so when that happens we pull up a million phone numbers with adresses that you or the other person might of lived at, and then we pursue the debt. But we have no way of knowing if that is your debt or not, if its a fraudulent debt or IF IT IS even your debt or not...So please be patient and verify the info with us so we can move on to the right person, or just close out the debt...

A lot of times, we have callers who lived at the previous adress or have no clue about the debt, because a family member or friend got a hold of your info.... We can send documents on the debt, but we can also tell you what the charges are for OVER THE PHONE, but first we cannot disclose any info, unless we know that you are the person we need to talk to... Just make it easier for your self and us, stay on the phone and find out what the debt is for!!!
