CBCS stands for harassment! I had to figure this out by going on-line. They continually call without giving their identity.

CBCS doesn't stand for anything according to them. They are not initials. They are a name.

I'm tired of the annoying calls. I'm tired of being totally frustrated with their endless calling.

CBCS demands my account number. I tell them I don't have an account number. They call me and then ask my account number???? Please, if you are legitimate, you have the account number.

CBCS demands my phone number. I assume they have my phone number. Please, if you are legitimate, you have the phone number. Hello!! How did you get me on the phone without my number??

I call *69 to determine the number that called me. The number was 800-498-2223. That's the number for CBCS.

I call 800-498-2223. They started hollering, "Hello, Hello, Hello!"

A legitimate business would give the company name when they answered.

WOW! Now CBCS has magic powers! They put me on hold yesterday. I'm still holding.

CBCS has an unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau.

CBCS is not a member of the Better Business Bureau per columbus-ohbbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=4006011.
